ok ok..need sumthing that really help in cleansing, as i have suffered from constipation..wakakakaka...other than fruits la.. so first come in mind, detox product.. cuz i believe that this kind of 'thing' x only physically flush out the waste, but it also help to strengthen our organs liau..n things need to know...

1)trudtox-price RM5.90/1 packet..RM29.50/1 box (consist of 5 pack).available in watson n probably guardian as well..they claimed their product is x consist of senna.label 'no harsh laxative'..means wat?ade la kan....but,who knows..

above all, i recommend against any kind of detox tea. herb tea is ok..but all these detox teas are really laxatives . (juvanex i don't know la).if you want just take green/plain tea or water (with a squeeze of lemon - first thing in morning). even though the best way to drink green tea is actually just on its own tp nanti boring plak..so just add honey or lemon..dah siap.. anyway, sauna pon one of detox process la..

hell yeah..same topic with the star newspaper today..huhu..actually,already arranged appointment with london weight management 4 this coming saturday..yes,i'm very determine to loose my weight..seriously..already got 'exercise tool' hehehe..i used to be a 'normal girl'.. weighing around 50-55 kg.. that was few years back liau.. and now it is very hard for me to slim down.. tried slimming pills(can't reveal which product,but it's very popular nyah) which the main reason why my weight increased like hell..amek kau! some chinese medicine, whatever slimming tea. doesn't help. fiber drinks?sorry cannot tahan..it just maintain ur appetite. no no no..cuz i'm a big eater.anyway, for anyone out there who took laxative as a way to loose weight, u are doing harm on ur body.. and slimming tea is also no no.. cuz it contains a bit laxative.. this is just my experience to share with all the babes out there.. take care of ur body b4 its too late..so 1st step to take is motivate myself...huahuahuahua..must look good for 2011..must care of my body externally and internally no matter what..so as my previous routine, consumption of 'jamu' is always important...heee...so in conclusion,these are all my check list..

First of all, I am extremely grateful to my supervisor, Encik Sapei Aziz for his supervision even though he’s not always around. Arini visiting lecturer dtg to evaluate my performance lah...so, to be 100% honestly, I dun mind at all kalau evaluation from both, of coz my sv and v.lect x seperfect the other trainees from the other universities..Cuz my knowledge in mobile is totally zero...0.0000000 in fact. But I admit I can visualize the basic things that I’ve learned from ‘bro2’ kat sini.so I need to learn more, I know.i know my problem is to work with people whom I didn’t recognize well. N It can’t be denied that susah untuk communicate dgn org yg baru kenal. In point of fact, even intake baru merangkap my new roommate pon, I dun have their numbers. N sometimes, I can’t remember their names.uhuk...sgt dasat...but that’s reality. I need to discover myself. But, since environment sekarang sgt havoc n kacau bilau, it changes me a lil bit. Better than nothing even it doesn’t affect anything. Yes, I’m able to smile and laugh but to make me become talkative person in front of people whom seem alien to me is not as easy as 123. Slowly move. No rush. But, my time here is running out...next Wednesday will be my last day n class will be started on the following Monday n I’m not ready for a bunch assignments, boring n romantic classes, terrible+dreadful+awful exams, pleasing quizzes (J cuz we’re so ummatic in ‘giving’ n ‘taking’ those quizzes) n of coz FYP which make me aaaaaaaaaaa…sigh~ but I really wanna see my frenzy people..Huhu.gonna misses that makan2 session before CE class kan.loitering, lepaking kat star bug engin.hahaha...so felicitous life...huhu...what caught my attention during almost 3 months time; the advice from one person whom I really respect gile2 because of his knowledge n capability of doing work even his ‘speech’ not really in a nice way. am i crazy?sakit jiwa?mental ade itu problem ka? i know all these voices & personas are present for reason. i've tried 2 listen what they're saying, because i think, they probably all have a valid point..but..ntah..gilakah?hmmm..on days like today, i just wanna get away from it all. move to some other places where i can no longer be seen..i just had a lucky throw of dice to be in IIUM.waaaaaaaaaaaaa..and those voices r keep saying 'juliza,u r not going to be an engineer or anything related to that 'four syllables'..is that really four? watttteverrr(gaya fazura dlm G&G)..ieww..ok..what can i say now...i just feel like screamingggggggg~~~n my antenna senses foooodddd...x because im hungry, but my life 2day is so so boring..a boring day with uninteresting environment..waaa..sigh~ for 100Mb/s..no sv,only abg ding je yg ade make me feel empty n sleepy for the time being..i have nothing to do..jobless makes me useless..but, i've forgotten one thing..........i just received a boring mel from dr wathiq..he wants to see us during june if we can..the phrase i should quote 'if we can'...so the word 'if' draws push out of the way...gagagaga..thank you...adekah aku terlalu kejam?adakah?owh..hell no..im just emphasize it in a correct way..hukum to see him is not wajib,can be said as sunat..lalala..x jumpe x pe,jumpe gain sumthing..heee heee...see..how clever am i to apply wat i've learned during childhood..gagaga..but unfortunately, i fail to utilize what i've gained in almost 4 years studies....sigh again~~~(for 100Gb/s this time--lajunye)..heee..till ABC meets screen again..daaaaaaaaaaa...
