TIME TO SHAPE UP!

hell yeah..same topic with the star newspaper today..huhu..actually,already arranged appointment with london weight management 4 this coming saturday..yes,i'm very determine to loose my weight..seriously..already got 'exercise tool' hehehe..i used to be a 'normal girl'.. weighing around 50-55 kg.. that was few years back liau.. and now it is very hard for me to slim down.. tried slimming pills(can't reveal which product,but it's very popular nyah) which the main reason why my weight increased like hell..amek kau! some chinese medicine, whatever slimming tea. doesn't help. fiber drinks?sorry cannot tahan..it just maintain ur appetite. no no no..cuz i'm a big eater.anyway, for anyone out there who took laxative as a way to loose weight, u are doing harm on ur body.. and slimming tea is also no no.. cuz it contains a bit laxative.. this is just my experience to share with all the babes out there.. take care of ur body b4 its too late..so 1st step to take is motivate myself...huahuahuahua..must look good for 2011..must care of my body externally and internally no matter what..so as my previous routine, consumption of 'jamu' is always important...heee...so in conclusion,these are all my check list..

*motivate
*session with london weight management..think of ur money
*need prescription from ppum regarding reductil
*exercise once a day
*sunday is a jogging day instead of sleeping day
*buy jamu
*avoid nasi for 6 months-plz do!
*eat fruitsss
*don't skip breakfast
*become vegetarian pls
*no food after 7pm
*wake up as earliest as possible
*sleep at 12am-no more late nite xtvt
*detox ur body a week/month

so julie, pls keep in mind that with fat elimination,u will x only be feeling lighter and more energetic, u will also love the way u look.wow!seems very serious..
